Swiss Meringue Buttercream
At Vanilla Bean Bake Shop, we take pride in offering our signature Swiss meringue buttercream, crafted fresh daily. This exquisite buttercream stands out among the various types available in the pastry world due to its lighter, silkier, and less sweet profile compared to the more commonly used American buttercream which is heavy and very sweet (but still delicious). Our Swiss meringue buttercream is created by gently cooking egg whites and caster sugar over a double boiler, which is then whipped into a fluffy meringue. We incorporate butter into this base and customize the flavor to suit your preferences.
