Pricing

Our cake prices are determined by the size and complexity of the design. To make it easier for you, a lot of our pricing is listed by design on our CELEBRATION CAKE page for cakes. All our cakes come with a buttercream base and the accents shown.

Wedding Cake Pricing

Each wedding cake is unique and therefore has a custom price. Factors such as design, size, delivery, setup, and your specific requirements all contribute to the final cost. Accurate quotes are provided during consultations or detailed email discussions. To begin the process, please visit our WEDDING CAKE page.

ORDERING

Ordering Timelines

While most orders require a minimum of 7 days, weekend dates tend to fill up quickly, so booking early is recommended. Cupcakes require a minimum of 3 days notice.

Placing an Order

For Signature cakes, use the CELEBRATION CAKES tab to select a design and provide your preferences. Add the order to your cart, specify the pickup date, proceed to checkout, and complete the payment.

For wedding cakes, start by visiting the WEDDING CAKES page and fill out the form to begin the process.

Wedding Cake Consultations & Tastings

We recommend scheduling a tasting and consultation for your wedding cake to ensure it aligns with your vision. Tastings include 4 specialty flavors, 4 complimenting buttercreams, and 4 fillings, and a detailed discussion about your cake requirements. Payment and Delivery

Payment Policy

Full payment is required for custom cakes at the time of booking through our website OR for custom orders. For wedding cakes, a 50% deposit is due upon finalizing the booking, with the remaining 50% payable 30 days before the event. Full payments are also acceptable.

Change Policy

Requests for changes with less than 7 days' notice may incur a $10 additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary for custom and wedding cakes, with different refund policies based on the timing of the cancellation.

For custom cakes:

If you are cancelling within 7+ days of your event, we will cancel & give you a full credit towards a future purchase.
If you are cancelling within less than 7 days of your event, and we have started working on your order, we reserve the right to retain 50% of your booking.
If you are cancelling within less than 7 days, and we have NOT started on your cake order, we will happily give you a credit with Vanilla Bean for a future order.

For wedding cakes:

We reserve the right to retain the non-refundable deposit in any case.

Delivery Policy

We deliver all cakes with three or more tiers.

The Bakery

We have ample parking out front in the Haney Place Mall Parking lot.

TO-GO Cakes

We offer 4" and 6" ready-to-go cakes daily. These cakes are available in various flavors and are great for a last minute, no ordering ahead option. We do not offer any customizations to these cakes including writing on them. We have small plaques that say Happy Birthday for sales at $2/ea if you wish for text.

Dietary Restrictions

We try our best to accommodate eggless, vegan, and gluten-friendly dietary preferences. Simply select your preference when ordering to view suitable flavor options.

Holding Items

Call us during business hours to reserve items until the end of day. there are no overnight holds or reserve in advance holds.
